The PADI Tec Gas Blender Course The Gas Blender course is a one or two-day (depending on how many students there are) in which you learn how to blend Nitrox. If you want, you can also learn to blend trimix. In the classroom, we cover the proper handling of oxygen, oxygen compatibility, design for oxygen service, and oxygen cleaning of gear. You’ll learn to develop blending plans by hand, and by using blending software. Once we’re done with the classroom work, you’ll get to blend several different gasses and then take them and dive them if you want! There’s a lot of material, but you’ll find the class very rewarding! |
